  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your return request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization number and return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely and include the Return Authorization number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items may be considered final sale and are not eligible for return. These include clearance items, personalized items, and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
